At Kollections by Natalie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your eligible items, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Eligibility for Exchange

Store Credit Only: Eligible items may be returned for store credit ONLY. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and providing you with an opportunity to find the perfect pieces in our collections.
Final Sale Items: Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Sale Items, and Accessories are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please make your selections carefully for these items.

Exchange Period

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to initiate an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and have all product tags attached.

Store Credit Issuance

Once your returned item is received and processed, we will issue a store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file. The store credit amount will be equal to your 'sub-total' and will not include shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Send us an email at hello@kollectionsbynatalie.com with your request for an exchange.
Provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with the reason for the return and a picture of the garment.
Our team will evaluate your request and provide you with the return address if the return is approved.

Return Policy Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse any return if:

The item appears damaged or worn.
The request for return is made after the 7th day from the date you receive your item.
The item is a final sale item (Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Sale Items, and Accessories).

Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Once your invoice has been paid, we aim to have your items shipped within 24-48 hours. Please note that our mailings are typically carried out from Monday to Friday.

Tracking Your Shipment

For your peace of mind, we provide a tracking number for all orders. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and progress of your shipment. Once your package is handed over to USPS or UPS, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Responsibility Upon Handover

Please be aware that once your package is handed over to USPS or UPS, Kollections by Natalie is no longer responsible for the package. Any inquiries or issues related to the delivery should be directed to the respective carrier using the provided tracking number.

Insurance for Priority Packages

All Priority packages shipped through USPS or UPS are insured, providing added protection for your valuable items.

Delivery Timeframes

We make every effort to ensure timely deliveries. However, please understand that we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier-specific delays. It's important to note that holidays do not count as business days in terms of shipping times.

International shipping charges will be determined based on shipping destination. Delivery can take between 10-14 business days. We do not offer expedited delivery on international shipping.
